My Convocation day

Date: 15 August 2009

Venue: Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS)
Time: 2pm - 5pm

Honestly speaking, I feel sad that my mom is not be able to attend my convo and then follow by my uncle who told me before that he will attend mine but change his mind later on and went to my sis's. I cried..

But then, it turn out that my convo was the best ever day I have! The advantage of not having family members to attend your convo is that I'm free to move around to take photo with friends. I do not have to bother about someone is waiting for me while I'm busying around. So that was fun. Plus, one of my girlfriends, Chee2, came alone, so the two of us move around freely happily..;)..ngehehehe....

The following photos was taken in 1 day straight, from afternoon after registration until the end of the convocation concert which saw Faizal Tahir perform. That was tiring but fun!

Some of u might be wondering who do I mean by cheekie girls aka Cheekiez. Let me introduce my beloved sunshine, the Cheekiez:

~~Chee2 aka Lim Lee Chee @ Caroline Linda--> the most rational among us, hardly hear her complaint and she's always so happy and calm, very positive kinda person. The only time I see her get so tense is during the semester where our schedule is so pack that it really drive us crazy. She's a music lover, very talented in playing guitar, and creative in her own way. She's the chinese among us, Chinese- murut, and are from Keningau, Sabah.

~~Izzatul Nabila bt Sarbini --> she has a very generous mom who always buy us food! ngehehehe...She has a super brain in which she can just read the notes to remember where as we usually jotted down the key point. She's the laughter partner of Julia and also the bullying victim of Julia. ngehehehe...She's the Malay among us and are from Kuching, Sarawak.

~~ Rismawati bte Robin --> she has a potential to be a model, quite a poser, the only reason that can stop her from becoming a model is her height. Not tall enough..;p..anyway, she can produce nice pictures either edited or raw pictures. She loves to edit pictures which come out to be good..really good. She can play guitar and has a nice voice too. She's Rungus and are from Kudat, Sabah.

~~ Julia bt Justine --> She's the twins of Risma, been close friends since secondary school all the way through matriculation and into uni, they will always end up being roomates or coursemate. Small2 world! Anyway, about Julia, she's the provider for Vitamin Humour in the house. If u combine Julia and Izzatul, you won't be able to hear silent....hahahaha...She's Kadazan-Jawa and are staying at Penampang, Sabah.

~~ Tanty Rahayu bte Obeng --> the youngest among us, born on the 30dec, almost our junior. Hahahaha...She's one of the top achiever among us which she doesn't like us to mention about it bcs she will get shy. hahaha...she love dressing up but sometime she prefer to go 'au natural'...hahaha...u know wat i mean? ;p...she doesn't want me to mention it in public so it's up to u to intepret it. ;) She was my neighbour back in matriculation and was my roomiz during my 1sy year in uni. We love the same things, pink and anything that are adorable. ;)..She's Malay-Bugis-Melanau staying in Lundu, Sarawak.

~~as for me, Caroline anak Jetan, there's no need to talk about me except that I wanted to tell u that I'm Iban-Bidayuh and is staying in Kuching.

I hope I'm jotting down the right info..hehehe..Anyway, the reason y I mentioned about the race is because we always think that we are the best example of 1Malaysia, we come from different places and are different race and religion but we still living in harmony and in peace, and we love each other a lot. We are proud of ourselves! ;) Go cheekiez!

So that's it about my cheekiez, we love each other so much and gonna miss each other as we are living in separate places except for me n izzatul who are staying in Kuching.
