Source of my strength

Coming back from 3 weeks holiday and started to teach the next day is not an easy job. Every night before I sleep, I pray for strength, something that I needed the most from God, in order to face the load of works, the students and the teachers themselves.

No matter how demotivated I am..surprisingly, things went on smoothly everyday. Even though I work from 7am til 5pm or sometime 8pm, which comprises of all kind of works, but still, I don't feel stressed at all. Things just go with the flow.

Everyday, after school, rest for about 30min, then continue with uniform body's meeting, done with that, continue with dancing practise for dancing competition. After all that is done, usually arrive at my little quartes around 8pm. Bath, rest awhile, then continue with paper work til 12am then sleep (if the work is done). Sometime I feel like I'm working as long as I'm awake, the only time I actually is resting, is when I sleep, at night. No more evening nap. :( I try to steal a few minutes to nap last few days while waiting for my friend to go to the dancing practise, I was woken up by her call which makes me jump immediately, rush to toilet, dress up and leave the house. Do u know what happen to me after that? I get terrible dizziness. Think cos of the sudden blood pumping into the heart, I can feel my heart pumping so hard. Cos from sleeping mode, suddenly to running mode. Nasib baik x luput. Hah!

Anyway, I am really2 glad that so far, the students have been at their best manners. Can't wait for the weekend. Nothing special tho, just weekend is a happy day! Hahaha...

*This pic has nothing to do with this post. Hahahaha...iklan2..sapa mok khidmat guitarist, hubungi 01x-xxxxxxx.
HAHAHAHA

Other than prayers, my sourse of strength can be a gud music that reminds me of V.A. ;)

pss...I have not even unpack my stuff from my luggage. Hahaha..too lazy and busy...let it be there to remind me of home..:)

Love it..:)

Color me right

I'm pretty sure that each and everyone of us has a favorite color. In which we tend to choose our favourite color for most of the items that we are buying, from hair clip to even body shower cream!

But do u know that some colors, no matter how much we love it, doesn't bring out the best in you? There are some color that when u put it on, whether it is a dress, shirt, eyeshadow or even jewellery, it makes u feel like..wooow...I look different, prettier I would say..Hehehe...or in other case, putting on a color and it might makes u go like "eeeeuwwww!".

I just realise that we actually have a group of colors of different shades which are actually suitable for our skin and can really makes u look so much different in a better way. For more info, u can visit Image Essential to read on on how we can actually build up a better image. U can also read on the post on the same matter.

So for your next shopping spree, all u have to bring, other than your purse, is you Personalised Colour Swatch. What is Personalised Colour Swatch? Read on the post that I've mentioned above. :) It actually makes ur blog shopping so much easier when U knew which color looks better on u. You won't end up buying the shade that makes u go "eeeeuuuuW" when ur purchases arrived at ur door steps.

Positive or negative

I was chatting with a friend yesterday and just realised something about myself. I'm kinda afraid of disappointment that I choose to think and expect for the worst of everything that I do or will do and even of the future.

My life experiences taught me that;
"THE BEST THING COMES WHEN U LEAST EXPECTING IT"

which I now really believe in it.

What happen is that, whenever u expect for something good to happen, or u have an expectation of something, when it doesn't turn out to be what u expected, u will be disappointed and in some case, might badly get hurt, emotionally.

Because of what I've been through, I would rather expect for something bad to happen, than to expect for the good. It's kind of a self assurance decision, just to emotionally prepare myself for the worst. So if it turns out to be bad, then I can tell myself "I already expected it would happen this way". Get what I mean?

Hahaha...It's actually a non-risk-taker attitude or personality. Life taught me to be who I am today, from the way I act to the way I think, it's all build up by my life experiences. Even if u tell me I should do it that way, this way, I can't accept it unless I myself wanted to. That's me...:)..Can't help it..Hahahaha...

Hey Jude

This is adorable. Just watch this video.

Tears Drop on My Laptop

Susan Boyle, a name that went BOOM the moment she starts to sing the I Dreamed a Dream. My tears start to build up the moment she open her lips and sang the song. I watch this video again and again and still it gave me the same goosebumps. It touches my heart, my soul. Such an angelic voice. (how do i even know angel sound like that?) Lol

Watch the video of her 1st appearance on Britains Got Talent here.

Bridesmaid no more

I was a bridesmaid for my uncle's wedding 9 years ago, when I was in Form 3. I can't believe i let myself being make up and dress up in the gown. Gosh..

dark lipstick at 15 years old, making me look old.

grumpy face? cos I didn't have evening gown to wear and I wore that white gown until the end of the wedding reception.

I would be happier to be the guest next time..;p

It's not certain that U will see tomorrow

On the morning of 1June, I was woken up by my great grandmother (my grandfather's aunt) shouting "ba ninga sindo mu noh podu ka sidian!" which mean "look at your mom is going to the Sidian(the river named Sidian). This was actually meant for my mom.

It was Gawai morning. I got all prepared and actually planning to visit my friends in Kuching, I was in kampung that time. But then my cousin use my car cos they need to fetch someone from the airport and directly going to Kampung Krokong after that. End up, I have no car to use. But there are still a few available car at home and I 'kidnapped' my cousin's Viva and 'kidnapped' together with herself and when to Kuching.

After visiting, we went back to kampung just to find that the house is quiet. I asked my aunt where has everybody gone to? My mom and uncle brought my great grandma to hospital saying that she got stomach pain. I didn't know that it's serious. I thought it's just normal stomach ache.

When she got back, they laid her down on bed and she keeps on vomiting. It was terrible and she must be in terrible pain.

The next day she was still like that.

The following day, we went back to Kuching.

The next day, 4 June. Received call from my cousin, Grace, saying that great granma couldn't talk anymore, asking us to go back to kampung asap. We quickly pack up and get ready while waiting for my sis to come back from town. But a few minutes after that, Grace's bro, Abit, called up saying that she's gone. I was shocked, but have no emotion. I did not cry cos I couldn't believe that she was gone. It's only a few days ago that she was all well and suddenly fall sick and gone.

We went back kampung. There she was, lying still and still there is no tears from my eyes. I don't know, I just so shocked that I don't know how to react.

Funeral was on the next day, 5 June. Everything went on smoothly. Good sunny weather. I was quite amazed by the young mans of the kampung who help with the funeral, by carrying the coffin, helping in burial, it's just great knowing that there are still youngsters who are still making themselves useful. I was crying, in my heart. Seeing the coffin being lowered down into the grave, it breaks my heart knowing that I will never see her again.

Memories that will stayed:
~ she was the one who look after us at my uncle's house when we were still in primary schools waiting to go to school, we were in the evening session.
~ I still remember she shared with us her favorite Mi Maggi Laksa that she cooked 1 packet for her own.
~ We love her deep fried chicken. It's just not the same when anyone else did the same menu. Her kampung dishes are just so superb. ;)
~ I still remember she scolded me and I merajuk and hide among the mattresses that no one could find me until the evening.

It's just unexpected that she will leave us that early. She was 81 years old.

My great grandmother, Suzana Ku'ok, past away at 81 years old.

A or B?

Still talking about the legalizing sports betting. After reading The Star, I read The Borneo Post and on the same matter, Home Minister, Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein mentioned that "the betting licence was approved a long time ago" and mentioned that "Ascort Sport was issued a sports-betting licence by the government".

However, on page 3, our Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak mentioned that "the government has yet to issue or give the licence to Syarikat Ascort Sports Sdn. Bhd. to carry out betting operations in Malaysia."

So which one is the right statement? Mm..or maybe I don't get the whole picture of the issue.

Legalise what is illegal

I hope what I said will not bring trouble to me but I disagree with announcement made by our Prime Minister on legalising sports betting.

It's like a trend or a norm that whenever the world cup came, the betting will be on. And out of sudden, the government suggesting to legalise sports betting for reason to "curb illegal gambling and at the same time earn extra money for the Government coffers" - The Star 8June 2010.

Is our government that desperate to earn money until the stage to legalizing what is illegal?

If you read The Star page 3 dated 8 June, u will read on the comments made by Tan Sri Dr. George Chan and I agree with what he said that "if one were to legalise something illegal just to earn taxes, then one would be thinking only in terms of financial gains." If government were to legalise betting, soon, our children and everyone will think that betting is something legal, doesn't matter what kind of betting it is. If 'sabung ayam' is illegal, then how can sports betting be legal too when it is still categorize as gambling?

I don't know...but I think the world is going crazy. What do u think of this matter?
