flood

i've been living in my 1oth mile home for almost 4 years, and yesterday (16 Dec), my house (oni the outside area) was flooded by the water from the fish pond. this is quite surprising cos the pond hasnt been full wit water even with heavy rain. some fish might be swimming away happily d. hahaha..

Jerico gave me 2 rm100 cash voucher wic i can spend at his salon so i dye my hair. hehehe...

it looks like red color but i myself not so sure of the color. hvnt seen it under sunlight yet. i came out from salon at 8pm so cant see how it looks like actually. n i found tat my hair look much better it's puffier.

Artist Hairdressing Hair show

me n a few of my frens were invited by Jerico (the Art Director of Artist Hairdressing) to help them to do the make up for the show. i know that i'm lack of experience in make up by i do appreciate the opportunity given by him especially the trust that he gave us.

however, me and a few of us are a bit annoyed by one of our fellow make up artist. our plan is to do simple make up which will not overwhelm the hair,we oni focus on the color since their theme is colorful and gothic. but wat she did is she put on design and we are done with 3 models and yet she's still working on the same model. imagine we have 30 models with oni 5 make up artist. we stick to simple make up bcs we do not have much time to do ol kind of design for ol the make up. ok...i noe she might be talented but she sud move faster and again she cos us to wait for her for about 15 min bcs she said she wants to ride with us. but then in the end she said nvm, her fren came to fetch her already. i was not mad bcs i'm not tired yet but my other fren was furious. nvm...sabar...

and wen we reach the other place, we go for lunch then oni wen to the backstage make up room. and she's already there. ok...nvm..stil can sabar. we just proceed with the make up and after we are done with ol the make up, i saw something which really poke the anger ballon in me. she modified my make up!!! ok...i can still take it if she just add design on it but she totally change the make up. after my hard work in the morning, coming earlier than her. and yet she go and tell my another fellow make up artist (who came a bit later to help out) that she did 4 models which actually consist of my model and my fren's model. so the most she did is 2 models and the rest of us did for at least 6 models. my other fren was so so so so so angry because she change the whole look. anyway, they might claimed that my make up is too simple but at least mine does not look like kiddy make up. hehehe..i'm not bein mean but having someone changing ur work and claim that it is their work is totally unacceptable. no wonder i feel the annoyed feeling towards her during our beauty class.

driving in the dark

since im bein force to go training, so after the training, i was more than happy to go home. was on my way sending my fren home, suddenly the road is dark. i tot the street light burnt, but no! it was my headlight that burnt. luckily stil have the dim light or watever u call it. so i drive from sunny hill to desa wira to stapok totally depend on the street light. if no street light, i have to bend forward to look at the way, but since im familiar with the road so i'm stil ok wit driving in the dark.

actually im not ok, being in a bad mood and somehow a bit down, having this thing to add to the moody day,i really2 frustrated but don wan show it out i just drive and enjoy JJ & Ian the new hitz.fm morning crew. i love them! they really cheer up my days.

FIRE!!!

i was on my way back from salon when i saw a big clouds of smoke coming from a far. so me n my sis drive towards the smoke area and saw Kuching High Secondary school is on fire!! damn big fire and the place is crowded by 'audience' as if a fiesta is goin on. the fire is so big!! and this is my 1st time saw a real kebakaran goin on.

me n my sis get so excited cos we both never saw building on fire in real. i hope not my own house or anything that is mine tho.

tomorrow these will be the headline of the paper i guess cos kch high is one of the oldest school in kch. and they produce quite a number of excellence students. so it something like the burning of sarawak club, phenomenal fire. will be in the history book of kch. hehe..

my sem break started on 20th nov after my last paper in the morning but i have yet to feel free cos i stil hv my beauty theory exam.

today, i'm free!!!!!!!!! have my exam in the morning and i manage to answer 98% of the questions. now, happily i can online and play games the whole day..

new hair

i persuades my mom to go for facial since she hasnt go for facial for a long time. actually, ada udang di sebalik batu. i wana perm my hair, so if i go wit my mom, i don hv to spend my money (wic is my mom's money oso).

i naturally born with curly hair but i get a perm just to define the curls and make it more managable. i love it! ;)

horrifying encounter on the road

wen we drive in kuching, u can see lots of dead cats on the road. but i have never actually saw a cat knock down by a car in real.

not until on the 28/11/08. i was driving down to unimas to settle some stuff. while at the traffic light, when the light turn green, the car in front of me move, and suddenly a cat cross the road, that cat was lucky cos it cross pass the tyres of the car just a split second before the car move forward, but it just get unlucky the next second cos it cross directly in front of the tyre of the car in the next land. i saw the car drive over the cat!!!! it was horrifying and i was shrieking in my car. that's not it, the cat lie flat for 1 second then suddenly the whole body jump so high, as if the cat is jumping on a jumping mat (watever u call that thing wer u jump on it, springy mat). it jump so high, almost 1 meter high, i was horrified i slow down my car and for that split moment, i was froze!! the car (blue kelisa) behind the car(pajero) that knock it manage to avoid the cat before it started to jump, but the next car, a white proton just froze. they just don dare to drive forward cos the cat jumping so high. it's as if the cat whole body is jerkking. after a while, i manage to gather myself and drive away. i cant get the image out of my head. i keep thinking of it and i become so alert, watching the roadside, in case a cat suddenly jump onto the road.

on my way back from unimas, at another traffic light, my car stop right next to a dead cat. huhuhuhu..y so many dead cats..it scares me.

i think this is the most horriying encounter i have throughout my life, at the moment. i saw an accident before wer i think the motorcyclist is dead when my car past by but that 1 i din saw it happened right in front of my eye.

poor cats. may their soul rest in peace. huhu..

i found my diaries. i used to jot down anything, any event that occured in a day. i event jot down i met who, i talk to who, he/she wears wat, do wat..etc..now no more. huhu..now focus so much on study, write only wen i need to do assignment, while most of the time is doing typing work. blog can consider as diary right? ;)

that box that i have just open is my box of treasure, ol the memories of school time, teenage time, it is so valuable. i miss those days so much. i think school time is the most enjoyable period of life. u may have lots of homework but i dono..i just enjoy school's life compare to campus life. anyway, every phase of life have it pro n con tho. we just have to enjoy each moment of it.

It took me almost 5 hours just to clear this section of stuff. i started at 5pm and end almost at 10pm. i was damn hungry by the time i'm done wit everything. so glad to c tat this area is cleared off compare to the before pic, cant even walk.

people said if ur right eyelid moving, or chinese said 'jumping', means got good luck. but wat if it 'jump' for 4 days non-stop?? i dono wats wrong wit my eye but it keep on 'jumping' and it make my eye view especially the right eye shaky. so uncomfortable.

jznw wana c doc but doc not in so i just go home. i ask a few of ol people, they said maybe i don have enuf sleep, but i do have enuff sleep. i slept at 1am last nite and woke up at 9am. stil not enuf kah? huhu..

it is so uncomfortable tat my eyelid keep on moving. wat sud i do huh?

what is beauty course??

ok guys..i dedicate this to guys because just like Edwin, they really have no idea on wat beauty course is.

everytime when i told my guy frens tat i'm goin to my beauty class later, the 1st thing they say is 'u so pretty oso need to go beauty class kah?'..ahaha..i'm not praising myself here, just tat i keep on getting tat kind of answers.

anyway, beauty course, i repeat, COURSE, is just like the course that u r taking in uni. we go uni, study to get the cert rite, same as this beauty course. it's not a course to make u beautiful or prettier, it's a course for those who wanted to be a beautician. i'm taking MLVK 1 cert (Diploma cert), City & Guild cert (Diploma cert but international cert).

so wat i learn include:
>facial (make up removing, cleansing, steam, face massage, mask, ...)
>make up (day, evening, bridal day, bridal evening, bridal studio, stage makeup)
>manicure and pedicure
>eye treatment (eyebrow trimming, eyelash perming, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, ...)
>waxing (hot wax, warm wax,...)
>facial machine
>etc..

basically, i'm not learning to make myself beautiful (indirectly i did learn how to make myself prettier and the sense of taking care of my own beauty), but more to make other people prettier.

less than 3 hours i will be sitting for my math paper and here i m still manage to find some time to blog. actually m tired to study d, so just wana take a break. math paper, can't study by just reading it..gota do lots and lots of exercises..if they are not giving formula, i will be dead! so many looooooong formula to memorize, my limited memory space got no space to rmbr the steps oledi..pls3...giv us the formula..huhu..minta kerja senang betul lah budak ni..ish..;p..

lots of frens finish their final exam already and i'm stil stuck here with one more paper on thursday. it's the 2nd last day of exam week. can say most of the students r already enjoying their lovely holiday break..ow...i wana go home too...even my bro who study in upm is back for holiday on 9th nov, that is 2 days after my 1st paper..owh..not fair!!!

not quite a good day

i went to my beauty academy to do my paperwork. so for the whole day, 10am-4pm i was there doing the exercises (or more to copying answers..;p). my hands so tired d but i have to do as many as possible so that i wont have to go back der until my mock exam next saturday. but i oni manage to complete 4 out of 9 exercises. still a long way to go.

i was mentally tired and feel like dozing off while driving back to uni. but i'm still ok tho, din fall asleep. then i went to rhb bank to take photo of the Digi benches that had been installed there last friday.

i tried to nap when i get back to my room but i keep on receiving sms n calls which i can't miss so i end up stil wide awake even after my alarm rang.

trying to sleep..huhu..

man..i got so many things to settle. perhaps i sud hire a PA..hahahahahah..as if i'm a superstar..perasan sungguh..;p..anyway, i really need to get myself an organizer..but the prob is evrytime wen i get 1, i will end up jotting down but still not referring to it..duh..then y do i need an organizer?

anyway, i can't wait for this month to end. cant wait for xmas. family time!! yes! yes! yes!

birthday izzatul

well..this is the 1st time we had actually celebrate izzatul's bday. for the last 2 years, we oni wishes her and splash her with powder and water the nex year. but for certain reasons, we din bully her dis year. i don wana bully u too cos i don wana kena bully during my bday oso..huhuhu..usualy even though it's not me who initiate it but i owes end up kena oso. not fair..so the last bday we have is chee's bday and wen they stat the splashing things, i quickly go hide in the room. hahaha...

i stil rmbr another bday tat i went to, mudin's bday, they were playing wit eggs and i had just washed my hair at salon that cost me rm20. so wen they started throwing eggs, i ran as far as i cud and warned my bf that if they get their hands on me, i wil immediately went back to my room. but i was lucky they din go and attack me. but...when i thought they have settle down, suddenly mudin (who's covered with eggs) stand up and my spontaneous action is getting ready to run and that is when his fren notice that i'm still clean. i wanted to run but i dono y i just squad down and screem as loud as i cud. my bf immediately come to rescue but it's too late, i'm crying oledi but they din throw eggs on me tho (fiiiuuuuh, luckily)..i was crying nonstoply, i cant help it but i just keep on crying. hahahaha...every1 justs stund and suddenly everythng went silent..hahaha..

anyway, back to the izatul bday. we went to waterfront and snap snap snap. there is this 1 time, i was setting the camera for self-timer and my frens were getting ready wit their killing pose, a group of guys came to us asking whether we wana buy rambutan o not. i was a bit shocked, my back was towards them so i pretend i din heard anything. i pretend that i'm taking my frens photo then left. tidak jadi tak group photo using timer. wat if they took my camera away?? huhu...better safe than sorry. after snap here and der, we then left back to our nest..hahaha..unimas nest...

pei yong's graduation

I actually intended to meet pei yong after her graduation ceremony but i reach INTI college early and got nothing to do while waiting at the lobby. luckily i ask her bf whether i can stil join in the hall, he said can..fuuuh..

i'm so not familiar wit the place and dengan muka tebal, i go ask the counter wer is the hall and she shows me the way and there's this Nigerian student (i think he is Nigerian cos py told me they are from Nigeria) was about to enter the lobby and he's being nice showing me the way right to the hall. and i was being so impolite, i almost left without thanking him, luckily i din. hahaha..

this is the first time i'm attending a graduation ceremony. fortunately, py hasn't receive the scroll. so i still manage to witness her memorable moment of her life.

when wil be my turn..huhu...most of my frens are graduating this year and i stil got 1 more sem to go. duh..1 more sem oso can't wait d..hahaha...after the ceremony, we took photo then i left earlier since she's still got things to deal.

most of the undergraduates can't wait to graduate but once u r in working force, u will surely miss the campus life. as a student, u can stil ponteng kelas, can have very flexible schedule wer u go to class oni when u have class. like in working life, u have to go to work early, u have things call as 'office hour' unless u r self-employed but still u hv a working hour. can't wake up late and lazying on bed.. haha...

even though i cant wait to graduate, but one thing worry me is that i don't really know wat i wana do. one part of me saying that i don wana be a teacher but 1 part of me saying that i enjoy teaching. or sud i just be a tutor at tuition centre? ahah..c..i'm so no goal in life. now wat i realy wanted to do is to complete my degree. anyway, we don have to worry bout tomorrow, let tomorrow worry about itself. (i real this somewer but don remember wer, izit from the Bible..haha..)

7 Weird Things About Myself

(I think so lah)

1. I’m willing to spend rm280 just to repair my old black and white screen Samsung SGHA800 flip hp. I kept that hp for almost 4 years b4 I suddenly miss it and decided to repair it. (anyway, the ribbon broke so the screen is blank). Even the shop person is a bit taken aback that I can answer them “repair it” instantaneously when they told me the repairing cost. RM280 o..can buy a new colored screen hp. But the memories and stories behind the phone are invaluable. Sob sob..:’(..

2. I keep plastic (that u get when u go buy groceries or anything) and fold it nicely.

i don collect but I keep it cos it can be reused bah..environment lover..(^.^).. Smtm I don take plastic bag when I buy small2 stuff. I just stuff it in my bag. (Big handbag is useful o..)..

3. I can’t sleep if my legs are warm. Means I don cover my legs when I sleep unless if it’s realy cold.

4. When I sleep, I owes need to cover my tummy with small pillow. It is a MUST. If I go travel, I owes bring a small pillow for this purpose.

5. People who dono me will think that I’m very ladylike and gentle but at some point, I don. Hehe..i burp out loud (really loud) and long (really loooong..). I can even say “I love u” when I burp. Hehe..

6. I’m doing 3 different line of work which I think is not really connected with each other. I’m doing education course (education line), beauty course (beauty line) and a Digi D’campus ambassador in Unimas (marketing). Smtm it’s really gme headache to manage my time for this 3 things but ya..challenge!!!

7. Smtm I forgot that I’m not Chinese. Haha..cos I speak mandarin most of the time (since my bf is Chinese). I malu oso that I cant speak iban. Don mean to forget my own root but my Iban relatives are from Limbang and my Bidayuh relatives are from Bau, Kuching, so of cos I’m nearer to Bidayuh relatives, so i speak better Bidayuh than Iban. The reason y I speak mandarin most of the time is because I need deal with Chinese within the 3 line/field that I am in now. So kadang2 lupa that I’m not Chinese. (p/s mom dad (I mean late dad), sory a..hehehe..)
